As a seasoned Career Coach, I also excel in elevating team and organizational performance. Drawing upon my expertise in emotional intelligence, communication styles, interpersonal dynamics, and flow state activation, I facilitate transformative experiences that drive collective excellence. By diving into the intricacies of team dynamics and organizational culture, I cultivate environments where collaboration thrives and productivity soars. Whether it's fostering deeper connections among team members, optimizing communication channels, or igniting a sense of purpose and synergy, my holistic approach ensures that teams reach their fullest potential. Through tailored workshops, coaching sessions, and strategic interventions, I empower teams to unlock their inherent strengths and propel towards sustainable success in today's evolving workforce.

Beyond work, you can find me enjoying quality time with my family and two dogs in the mountains. I have an insatiable love for outdoor activities, including hiking, camping, kayaking, and gardening. One of the main reasons I started the Colorado Career Academy was to have the flexibility to pursue work that I love while also being there for my family. I've experienced firsthand the pressures of trying to find purpose and motivation in my own career, and it was through the journey of becoming a mom that I truly understood my own career aspirations and felt compelled to design my own path.
