Personality and Skill Assessment

The Colorado Career Academy offers the CliftonStrengths, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and Emotional Intelligence assessments to provide you a comprehensive look at your career trajectory. Assessments can be used as a part of your individual coaching sessions or as a stand-alone appointment.

CliftonStrengths

This assessment measures your talents -- your natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving -- and categorizes them into the 34 CliftonStrengths themes. Themes can be utilized to identify strengths in certain areas of work and ways to capitalize on what you do well.

Myers Briggs Type Indicator

Identify your personality characteristics to better understand your decision-making, how you take in information, work with others, and identify potential career fields. Personality assessments can help you better understand yourself and what career paths may be most fulfilling for you.

Emotional Quotient Inventory

An assessment to help you understand how your level of emotional intelligence, how you perceive and express your emotions, develop and maintain social relationships, and cope with challenges or transitions. Emotional intelligence can be a strong tool in learning how to develop effective working relationships and to understand how you may be perceived by others. This assessment is particularly helpful for leaders and those managing teams.
